International Flash Animation Design Contest
The Competition
Students are invited to participate in the 2008 design competition with a conscience, to design a creative, effective animation clip sending an important, compassionate message that the wearing of fur is cruel and unnecessary.

Target audience: young, fashion conscious women, 18 - 30 years of age.

The work of the top three submissions, plus five specially commended students, will be featured on the Design Against Fur website and may also be used by members of the Fur Free Alliance in their campaigns and featured in press materials.

Brief
The theme of the 2008 Design Against Fur competition is simply "the wearing of fur is cruel and unnecessary," highlighting the slaughter of more than 50 million animals every year for their fur, merely to satisfy the whims of fashion.

Requirement An animation clip between 30 & 60 seconds that conveys the concept that "the wearing of fur is cruel and unnecessary." How that is done is up to the student.
